This portal is for existing customers ordering existing products from inventory. This is not for stock-ordering or for prototyping. You must have a username and password to access the site. If you don’t have one drop me a line and I’ll get you set up.

SERVICE

There’s not enough room here to fully delve into service. If you have an SLA, please review it and proceed accordingly. If you don’t have it handy you can submit a ticket through the ticketing system. You’ll need a login, if you don’t have one just drop me a line and I’ll set you up. One more thing - 95% of kiosk issues are either bandwith or electricity. Check your cords and connections.
